When the colder weather approaches, the sun starts setting way earlier than normal and the snow starts to fall – we sometimes tend to be cooped up inside for days on end. It can be somewhat of a difficult task to find fun in the cold, but it’s possible! Not only is getting outside crucial for both physical and mental health in our young ones, but there are also so many fun learning activities that can be found in the great outdoors.
Instead of heading over to Pinterest and typing in “best outdoor winter activities” – we’ve done the work for you! Instagram is such a great platform where moms and other accounts share lots of different kid-friendly activities and there are so many that involve the winter months! Some of these are based outside while some of these bring the “winter weather” indoors (for days where it’s just too cold to open that front door) – take a look!

- 2 TBSP of non-dairy creamer (we use @silksoy creamer)
- 2 TBSP of pure maple syrup
